CANCELLATION POLICY

Business Formation Cancellation Policy

Your order is refundable until payment is forwarded to the state (typically within 24 hours after your order is placed), less a $30.00 cancellation fee and less any expenses paid or incurred in furtherance of your order with any entities, including state agencies or third-party vendors. Once payment has been forwarded to the state, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the state filing. We typically forward your filing and payment to the state within 24 hours after your order is placed. To cancel an order, send an email to support@bizfilingpros.com. We cannot accept cancellations or changes via telephone. Biz Filing Pros LLC operates exclusively at your direction and does not offer legal, tax, or accounting advice or services.

Trademark Cancellation Policy

Our Biz Filing Pros Team strives to meet our customers' trademark needs professionally, courteously, and efficiently. If you think we haven't met this goal, let us know, and we'll work to resolve the issue. If we make an error on your filing, we'll correct it at no additional cost. To cancel or change an order, email support@bizfilingpros.com; we cannot accept cancellations or changes by phone. Refund requests must be emailed to support@bizfilingpros.com. Only Biz Filing Pros fees are refundable; government fees are non-refundable. Biz Filing Pros LLC operates exclusively at your direction and does not offer legal, tax, or accounting advice or services. We cannot guarantee USPTO application approval, mark protection from infringement, or favorable outcomes in litigation disputes.

It is possible to amend an application, but the process and the associated fees generally depend on the timing of the changes. Additional fees to Biz Filing Pros LLC and filing fees to the USPTO may apply.

Changes once the trademark has been published  generally require a Post-Publication Amendment, which Biz Filing Pros LLC, can assist with. Depending on the scope of the amendment, an applicant may need to file a new application instead. For example, amendments that broaden the scope of a description or add international categories may require additional fees and may require a new application. Clerical errors, on the other hand, are generally easy to fix and typically won’t affect the applicant’s place in line or require a new application.
