Service Agreement & Authorization

By submitting this form and completing payment, I authorize Biz Filing Pros, LLC to process the services selected above on my behalf. I understand that Biz Filing Pros, LLC is a business filing service and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. All services are performed exclusively at my direction.

Payment & Billing Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. By completing payment, I acknowledge and agree to the total amount shown in my order summary, including all selected packages and add-on services. I understand that government/state filing fees are either included in my selected package or itemized separately as applicable. I agree that my payment constitutes authorization to begin work immediately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted via email to support@bizfilingpros.com. Cancellations cannot be accepted by telephone. Orders are refundable until payment is forwarded to the state (typically within 24 hours of order placement), less a $30.00 cancellation fee and any expenses already incurred. Once payment has been forwarded to the state, no cancellations, refunds, or changes can be accepted. Government filing fees paid to state agencies are non-refundable under all circumstances. I agree to contact Biz Filing Pros directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute with my financial institution.

No-Chargeback Agreement

I understand that filing a chargeback or payment dispute with my bank or credit card company after services have been rendered or state filings have been submitted constitutes a breach of this agreement. I agree to work directly with Biz Filing Pros, LLC to resolve any concerns regarding my order. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collection action and/or reporting to credit agencies, and I may be held responsible for all fees associated with the dispute process.

Federal Trademark Services

Trademark filing services include preparation and filing support for one standard trademark application with the USPTO. Government filing fees are charged separately by the USPTO and are non-refundable. Additional classes, amendments, or office action responses may incur additional fees. Biz Filing Pros, LLC cannot guarantee that an application will be approved by the USPTO, that a mark will be protected from infringement, or that any resulting litigation will lead to a favorable outcome.

Registered Agent & Virtual Address Services

Registered Agent services are billed annually at $150/year. Virtual Business Address services are available at $39/month or $399/year (annual billing saves $55). First-year service fees are included in applicable packages or billed as a selected add-on. Renewal fees apply each subsequent year or month depending on your selected billing preference. Cancellation of monthly virtual address services requires 30 days written notice. State-specific restrictions may limit availability of these services in certain jurisdictions; our team will notify you if restrictions apply to your filing.

Processing & Delivery

Standard processing takes 7–10 business days. Expedited processing (24–72 hours) is available for an additional fee or included in applicable packages. Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on state agency workload. Completed documents will be delivered digitally to the email address provided. Biz Filing Pros, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by state agencies, incomplete information, or name unavailability.
