Registered Agent service renews annually at $149/year. You will receive a renewal notice before your service expires. Service is billed per state. If your business operates in multiple states, each state requires a separate Registered Agent.

Service Agreement

By submitting this form, you authorize Biz Filing Pros LLC to act as or coordinate Registered Agent services for the business listed above in the selected state. You confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have authority to appoint a registered agent on behalf of this business.

Pricing & Renewal

Registered Agent service is $149 per year, per state, payable immediately at checkout after this form is submitted. Your service will be active for one year from the date of setup. Renewal notices will be sent before your annual renewal date. Continued service requires annual renewal at the then-current rate.

Cancellation

You may cancel Registered Agent service before the service term begins. Once the service term has started or any related state filings have been submitted, cancellations may not result in a refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to support@bizfilingpros.com.

State Restrictions

Some states restrict how a registered agent address may be used. Clients in those states may be required to provide a separate business, mailing, principal office, member, or officer address. Our team will contact you if any state-specific restrictions apply to your filing.
