Business formation services are prepared based on client-provided information. Biz Filing Pros LLC does not guarantee name availability, state approval, tax classification, banking approval, funding approval, credit approval, or business success.
Registered agent services are subject to state-specific rules. Some states restrict how a registered agent address may be used. Clients may be required to provide a separate business, mailing, principal office, member, or officer address.
Business Email Setup requires the client to already own a domain. Biz Filing Pros LLC does not purchase, transfer, or provide domains as part of Business Email Setup unless separately agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for providing domain, registrar, DNS, or verification access when needed. Setup includes one domain and up to five email users unless otherwise stated. Additional users, upgraded plans, and platform fees are the client's responsibility.
Trademark services do not guarantee trademark approval, availability, enforceability, or protection. Trademark decisions are made by the USPTO or applicable state agency. Clients should consult a licensed trademark attorney for legal trademark advice.
Nonprofit services do not guarantee nonprofit approval, IRS tax-exempt approval, state approval, or charitable registration approval. Agency review times and decisions are outside of Biz Filing Pros LLC's control.
All timelines are estimates only. Processing times may vary based on government agencies, third-party providers, client response time, payment completion, missing information, holidays, system delays, or other factors outside our control.

Once payment has been forwarded to the state, Biz Filing Pros LLC cannot accept cancellations or changes to the state filing. We typically forward your filing and payment to the state within twenty-four hours after your order is placed.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, you must send an email to support@bizfilingpros.com. Cancellation requests or changes to an order cannot be accepted by telephone.

Biz Filing Pros LLC provides nonprofit formation and federal tax-exempt application preparation services based on the information provided by the client. Due to the nature of state and federal filings, the following cancellation and review terms apply.
Orders may be canceled prior to submission of any documents or payments to state or federal agencies. If a cancellation request is received before submission, a refund of Biz Filing Pros' professional fees will be issued, less a $30 processing fee and less any third-party costs already incurred.
Once any documents or payments have been submitted to a state agency, the Internal Revenue Service, or any other government authority, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Government fees, including but not limited to the IRS Form 1023 user fee, state nonprofit incorporation fees, and any charitable registration fees, are paid directly to the appropriate agencies and are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of application outcome.
Approval of nonprofit incorporation and federal tax-exempt status is determined solely by the Internal Revenue Service and applicable state agencies. Biz Filing Pros LLC does not guarantee approval of any nonprofit or tax-exempt application.
If the IRS issues a request for additional information, clarification, or documentation related to the submitted application, the client agrees to cooperate and provide the requested information in a timely manner. Reasonable assistance in responding to standard IRS inquiries related to the original filing is included.
If an application is denied, delayed, or requires substantial revision due to information provided by the client, changes in organizational activities, or failure to meet IRS eligibility requirements, no refunds will be issued.
Additional services beyond the scope of the original filing, including but not limited to application amendments, re-filings, appeals, or restructuring, are not included and may require additional fees.

By submitting an application and proceeding with services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation Policy and IRS Review Notice.
