Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about our services, fees, and filing process.

What services do you offer?

We offer LLC, S-Corp, and C-Corp formation, registered agent service, state and federal trademark filing, operating agreements, bylaws, and professional business email setup — everything a new or growing business needs to launch with the right structure.

Do you serve all 50 states?

Yes. We file in all 50 states. Whether you’re forming your business in Indiana or registering as a foreign entity in California, we handle the paperwork accurately and on time.

How do I get started?

To get started, click Start Your Filing and complete the intake form. If you still have questions before submitting, you can also use the contact section and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Do filing fees come separately?

Yes. State filing fees are paid directly to the state and are separate from our service fee. Every state has different fees and processing times. We’ll give you a clear breakdown before anything is submitted so there are no surprises.

Do you offer registered agent service?

Yes. We serve as your registered agent to receive legal notices, state correspondence, and official documents on your behalf. It’s a required role for every LLC and corporation — and we handle it professionally.

How long does the process take?

Turnaround times vary by service and state processing speed. Entity filings depend on the state, processing option, and government review times.

Are state filing fees included?

State filing fees, government fees, USPTO fees, IRS fees, and third-party fees are not included unless clearly stated. Final pricing is confirmed before payment or submission.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. Biz Filing Pros is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. We provide business filing, document preparation, and administrative support services.

Can you help clients in any state?
