Service Agreement

By submitting this form, you authorize Biz Filing Pros LLC to proceed with Business Email Setup services based on the information provided. You confirm that you own or have authority over the domain name listed, or that you are requesting assistance obtaining one.

Pricing & Payment

Business Email Setup is $149, payable immediately at checkout after this form is submitted. Your email will be set up on Zoho Mail. Any optional Zoho Mail subscription upgrades beyond the included setup are the client's responsibility.

Cancellation

You may cancel before setup work has begun. Once domain configuration, email provisioning, or platform setup has started, cancellations may not be accepted. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to support@bizfilingpros.com.
